PUSHTYPE Terms of Sale

Seller of the software licence: Elias Atalah, an individual in California. Payments: handled by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. They process your payment, calculate and collect sales tax or VAT, and issue your receipt, under Polar's buyer terms, which also apply to your purchase.
What you're buying

There is no subscription. You pay once and aren't charged again unless you buy something else. Prices may change for future buyers, never for a purchase you've already made.
Delivery
Your licence key arrives by email as soon as payment clears. Download PUSHTYPE from pushtype.app. To use PUSHTYPE, you need macOS 15 or later on an Apple silicon Mac, plus about 600 MB of free space for each speech model you download.
Refunds
If PUSHTYPE doesn't work for you, email support@pushtype.app or reply to your receipt within 14 days of buying, and you'll get a full refund with no questions asked. Once we've refunded you, your licence key stops working.
Your local law may give you more rights, such as the EU right of withdrawal. Those rights still apply.
Moving or resetting Macs
Replacing a Mac? Deactivate the old one in PUSHTYPE ▸ Settings ▸ Licence, or email us and we'll free up the seat.
