PUSHTYPE Terms of Sale
Effective: October 14, 2026
Seller of the software license: PUSHTYPE, a business in California. Payments: handled by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. They process your payment, calculate and collect sales tax or VAT, and issue your receipt, under Polar's buyer terms. Polar's terms govern the payment and the receipt; this page and the End User License Agreement govern the license. By buying, you agree to both.
What you're buying

There is no subscription. You pay once and aren't charged again unless you buy something else. Prices may change for future buyers, never for a purchase you've already made.
Delivery
Your license key arrives by email as soon as payment clears. Download PUSHTYPE from pushtype.app. To use PUSHTYPE, you need macOS 15 or later on an Apple silicon Mac, plus about 600 MB of free space for each speech model you download and 1.3 to 5.3 GB for the typing model.
Refunds
If PUSHTYPE doesn't work for you, email support@pushtype.app or reply to your receipt within 14 days of buying, and you'll get a full refund with no questions asked. We ask Polar to refund your payment. Once you're refunded, your license key stops working.
Your local law may give you more rights, such as the EU right of withdrawal. Those rights still apply.
Moving or resetting Macs
Replacing a Mac? Choose Remove This Mac in PUSHTYPE ▸ Settings ▸ License on the old one, or email us and we'll free up its place.
